We are a small team based in Cardiff, Wales in the UK. We are passionate about creating educational and engaging, eco-friendly products and content for children, and developing our range of "Beyond Screen Activities" alongside our "Woodfield Way" animated series.
Bella Woodfield
Founder and Director "Woodfield World Ltd'"
Bella has had a long career in the creative industries, as an illustrator, artist, animator, web and e-learning designer, working for several companies and clients, including Beryl Productions International, the Ministry of Defence, Ascent Flight Training and Awen Cyf. She has also worked on private commissions and has exhibited her work publicly.
Over many years, Isabel has acquired a wide range of skills and knowledge in traditional and digital animation and design, publishing, E-Learning and education.
She has recently completed a course in ‘Preparing to Teach in Post Compulsory Education and Training’, for which she produced a course in character design.
Isabel took a career break in 2025 in order to focus on her own 3D animation project and currently works for the Royal Mail whilst developing this.
Isabel is the creator of the Woodfield Way concept, script outlines and characters. She is passionate about developing the world and characters she has created and is committed to bringing these to life.
Ross Woodfield
Founder and Director "Woodfield World Ltd'"
Ross has a background in the 2D animation industry and has worked as an animator and background artist on productions and commercials for Fujisankei TV, BBC and Beryl Productions International. He has also worked on several short films and directed his own.
His work has been shown at animation festivals in the UK and Brazil.
Although he left the industry in 2006 to undertake a Batchelor’s Degree in Youth and Community Education and has subsequently worked with children and young people in the substance misuse field, he has continued to work on his own scripts, music and creative projects.
Ross studied with Roath Guitar School in Cardiff and has composed and produced original music for the animation pilot.
Ross has skills and knowledge in planning, project management, presenting and strategic delivery, as well as HR procedures and budgeting.
His knowledge acquired in both fields enables him to play a strategic role in supporting, developing and running Woodfield World Ltd.
